I have faxed through some receipts to Lethimvula Health Care Customer Fax Line: 0860 111 783 14 times to date. Now according to the service consultants I spoke to on the 1st December the faxes were received. However, when I spoke to another consultant (Craig) this morning it hasn’t been received. Now I’m not sure how your fax line works, bit it clearly shows me that it’s not working. Attached are the fax reports of all the times I’ve sent through my receipts to Lethimvula Health. Could you please help and let me know how long it will take for my payments to be made and whether or not the faxes have been received?Unsatisfied customer!
